Basic Information Form

The Basic Information Form is the first step in the application process. After you fill out this form, we will send you information on the majors and activities in which you are interested. You will also get a copy of the course catalog and the Chicago Life manual. Don't worry if you make a mistake; you can always edit your information later.

We will ask you when you intend to apply. The non-binding early action deadline is November 1, 2007. You will receive a decision by late December and are not expected to reply until May 1. You may apply early to other schools if you wish.

The regular notification deadline is January 2, 2008. You will receive a decision by late March and are expected to reply by May 1.
